The foundation: understanding fascia.

The body is interconnected through fascia, a web-like tissue that spans from head to toe, enveloping muscles, organs, and bones. Often likened to a spider's web, fascia supports and stabilizes, but can also become rigid and knotted due to stress, trauma, prolonged sitting, or poor posture.
